Masal AI, a product of IQOL Technologies Private Limited, provides AI voice calling and lead-generation services for real estate teams in India. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude GST at 18%, unless marked otherwise.

AI Voice Calling

An AI agent calls your leads with a custom real estate script, qualifies them and hands interested buyers to your team. You pay only for calls that get answered; unanswered calls cost nothing. The more you call, the lower your rate.

Every plan includes a custom real estate agent script, CRM & WhatsApp automation setup, multi-channel caller ID rotation, call recordings & transcripts, an analytics dashboard, and 48-hour setup. Charged per connected call only.

Google Ads & Meta Ads Campaigns

Campaign setup and management on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) to generate leads for your projects. Pricing depends on the campaign scope and ad budget, and is quoted in INR on your proforma invoice before any payment.

Short trial packs for AI Voice Calling, Google Ads and Meta Ads, priced in INR inclusive of GST and quoted on your proforma invoice.

How payment works

We send a proforma invoice listing the services, quantities and the total in INR. You pay it online through the secure payment link (UPI, cards or netbanking, processed by Cashfree Payments) or by bank transfer. Your GST tax invoice is issued and emailed as soon as the payment is received.
