These terms apply to services provided under the Masal AI brand by IQOL Technologies Private Limited ("Masal AI", "we", "us"), registered at No. 1579, 27th Main Road, 26th Cross Road, HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102, India. By paying a proforma invoice or using our services, you ("the client") agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide the services described on your proforma invoice, such as AI voice calling and Google / Meta ads campaign management. The scope, quantities and price of each engagement are as stated on the proforma invoice you accept.

2. Pricing and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged as shown on the invoice.
• Payment is due as per the proforma invoice, before services start unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Online payments are processed securely by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or bank details.
• A GST tax invoice is issued once payment is received.
• A proforma invoice and its payment link are valid until the date shown on them.

3. Client responsibilities

• You confirm that you have the right to contact the leads and phone numbers you share with us, in line with applicable law, including TRAI regulations and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
• You provide accurate project details, scripts and approvals needed for the services.
• Ad spend paid to Google or Meta is governed by their own terms.

4. Service delivery

AI voice calling is billed per connected (answered) call. Campaign results such as lead volumes depend on market factors, so we do not guarantee a specific number of leads or sales unless agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refunds & Cancellations policy.

6. Confidentiality and data

We keep your business information and lead data confidential and use it only to deliver the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
